We can organize your stay in Kathmandu while waiting for your China-Tibet VISA. Rates shown below include China-Tibet Group VISA application process, English speaking local guide (2-3 day), comfortable accomodation (3-4 nights) and transportation (Airport transfer and sightseeing tour) ONLY. Entrance fees and meals not included. Hotel selection is in Thamel city center area. ALWAYS in double room sharing basis with bathroom and breakfast.

We highly recommend to spend 4 nights in Kathmandu before entering Tibet.
Any delay with your flight to Nepal can make impossible to get your VISA on time.

Day 1: Kathmandu arrival [Sunday / Monday / Tuesday]
Airport pick up and transfer to your hotel in Thamel. Rest / free time until traditional welcome dinner.
Day 2: Kathmandu valley sightseeing
Kathmandu Durbar square and Patan.
Day 3: Kathmandu valley sightseeing
Swayambhunath, Boudhanath and Pashupatinath.
Day 4: Kathmandu valley sightseeing
Bhaktapur and Changu Narayan.
Day 5: Flight to Lhasa
Transfer to Kathmandu airport. We will be waiting for you at Lhasa airport.

This is the minimum time you need to get your VISA successfully. Please, have in mind any delay on your arrival day can make impossible to get your VISA on time.

Kathmandu arrival before 10:30am. Transfer to hotel, lunch and guided visit to Kathmandu Durbar square / Thamel.
Day 2: Kathmandu valley sightseeing
Swayambhunath, Boudhanath and Pashupatinath.
Day 3: Kathmandu valley sightseeing
Patan and Bhaktapur.
Day 4: Flight to Lhasa
Transfer to Kathmandu airport. We will be waiting for you at Lhasa airport.
